G’day to everyone,

failing a few minor mechanical problems and a night full of crashing at Nyora our season was relatively painless. The ford was extremely reliable which means we can do a little more tweaking to chase some more power. Sadly the authorities feel we need to mess with the rules and lower the weight rule so looks we need to find some cash from somewhere. This year the weight rule was run as a trial at 1550 (704 kg) instead of the current rule book weight of 1600 (727 kg). This put us 50lb heavier than most as I specked the car to the current book. I hope now that the weight rule will be set in concrete and we can buy some light weight gear and shed 50lb off the car. We are currently in the middle of purchasing a new trailer to make life a little easier and another tow vehicle to cart some more crew, but other than that were looking forward to the start of the season. As soon as all-stars have the calendar sorted I will post it on our schedule other than that have a great winter and look forward to seeing you in the new season.
